When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo report, check whether there is any damage or problem in the box of your product. If for any reason there is damage or deficiency, or if there is an opening in the tape of the parcel, return your box to the cargo officer without signing any documents related to the delivery, with a request to keep a record. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. In case of receipt of products with a damaged box or allegedly missing content, we are not responsible for the damage or lack of products inside. Please report this situation as soon as possible in writing to Chaussee d'Alsemberg 1180 Bruxelles Belgium or verbally to +32 477 81 71 39, together with the contract number.
